Orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after your order is received.
During busier times (like holidays or launches), we may need a little more time, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

We work with trusted delivery partners to get your order to you quickly and safely.

🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia, but we’re happy to accommodate international orders where possible.

Note: There may be additional shipping charges for international orders, which will be confirmed prior to dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for special offers!

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error after checking out, email us right away at info@performability.com.au, and we’ll do our best to make changes before your order is packed.
Orders sent to incorrect addresses due to customer input are the responsibility of the buyer.
