Returns & Refunds – Because We Care

At Perform Ability, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: Return shipping is at your own cost. We kindly ask that all return requests be sent through before posting any items back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or it’s not what you ordered – please let us know straight away. We’ll work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.


Items We Can’t Accept as Returns

Some items aren’t eligible to be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (like food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Personal care items (like beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure, feel free to check in with us first – we’re happy to help.


Want to Exchange Something?

No worries! The easiest way is to return your original item, and once it’s approved, simply place a new order for what you’d prefer.


When Will I Get My Refund?

Once your return arrives, we’ll check it over and let you know if it’s been approved. If all is good, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider might take a little longer to show the refund on your statement.

If it’s been more than 15 business days and your refund hasn’t appeared, please get in touch at info@performability.com.au so we can follow it up for you.
